A Nice August morning hike up MillCreek Canyon to Dog Lake

Sophia is staying with her Aba and Papa while her parents are in the state of Washington visiting Pam's brother, Jeff and his spouse.  I dropped Sophia at the University of Utah for a summer camp outing this morning at 7:45AM and then took advantage of the early start to drive to Mill Creek Canyon for a hike.  The round trip was 4-5 miles with a pretty good climb, so it felt like my body had a chance to get some exercise.  I have attached some pictures
